Clinic by the Bay provides medical care to San Francisco and San Mateo County residents who do not qualify for Medicare or Medi-Cal and do not have private insurance. All clinic services are provided by volunteers, free-of-charge. Languages include Spanish, Chinese, and Tagalog.
We serve adults, ages 18 and older, who are:
- Uninsured
- Live in zip code 94112 (Excelsior/Outer MIssion), 94134 (Visitacion Valley/Portola), 94014 or 94015 (Daly City).
- Have an income in the last 90 days at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level:

I now personally know too many community members living without health insurance. They are all ages, some college educated, most working or studying and all engaged in our community. We can serve them now, before their health needs are too great, while they can learn about prevention and controlling chronic conditions.
