Clinic by the Bay is a free clinic that serves uninsured adults residing in the Excelsior neighborhood (94112), in Visitacion Valley/Portola (94134), and in Daly City (94014, 94015). Our programs and services are guided by a holistic philosophy centered on compassion, wellness and dignity.
Patient visits are based upon a 45-minute appointment, allowing more time to develop relationships with providers. Each new patient visit includes integrated medical, mental health and dental screenings, a truly innovative approach for a community clinic setting. All services are provided free of charge. Languages include Spanish, Chinese, and Tagalog.
Eligibilty Screening & Registration for New Patients:
Monday: 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Thursday 10:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Primary Care Clinic for Registered Patients:
Tuesday: 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:00.p.m.
All prospective patients must be screened for eligibility prior to receiving free clinic services. Those who qualify for public insurance will be referred to those resources.
