Olga Ayala is an experienced Social Services and Clinic Operations Manager with a passion for social justice and equitable access to health care. She was born and raised in the beautiful mosaic of New York City’s Lower East Side. She studied liberal arts at Syracuse University and Hunter College in New York. Olga is a proud mom, and one of six siblings with whom she maintains close relationships. Olga learned, at an early age, to embrace, acknowledge and respect people from all walks of life. She believes even the smallest act of kindness can be healing.
Olga began her career as a Health Services and Medicaid Eligibility Examiner for Suffolk County, NY, Department of Social Services. Olga and her husband, Tony relocated to California’s East Bay in 2017 to be closer to family and embrace a life change. She joined HealthRIGHT 360’s Tenderloin Health Services, a federally qualified health center in July 2018 as Clinic Operations Manager. Olga brings diverse cultural competency to the Clinic by the Bay family and works to continue the critical importance of advocacy on behalf of marginalized populations, the underserved and uninsured.
