Thanks to your support, our 9th Annual Spring Celebration raised more than $250,000! On Wednesday, May 8th, 200+ attendees came together to help us raise more than ever by sponsoring the event, buying tickets, and/or partaking in the silent auction, raffles, and fund-a-need.

At the event, we had the awesome opportunity to hear remarks from Mayor London Breed and Excelsior District 11 Supervisor Ahsha Safaí. Each spoke about their endorsements of our upcoming Capital Campaign for a new Clinic home. The Clinic recognized Danna Kozerski, of Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass LLP, for her generous pro-bono legal counsel regarding the new building lease.

We also heard from patient and volunteer speakers who spoke about their life-changing experiences at Clinic by the Bay. With a medical theme, throughout the night we enjoyed hors d'oeuvres served in beakers, doses of good karma (jello-shots in syringes), photo ops with a giant game of operation, and of course very good company.

If you won something in the auction or made a pledge to our fund-a-need during the program, please look out for an email this week to coordinate your items and gifts. Thanks for your generosity, patience, and understanding.

Again, thank you for making our Spring Celebration a huge success. Thanks to your support, the working uninsured have access to free, comprehensive healthcare at Clinic by the Bay. Thank you!
